The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) has reinforced its commitment to intellectual engagement and capacity development by providing a structured platform for Youth Corps Members, serving at the Institute, to present research-driven ideas and policy-relevant insights. The initiative, coordinated by the Directorate of Research, reflects the Institute’s broader mandate of fostering critical thinking, evidence-based analysis, and the inclusion of emerging voices in national development discourse.

The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, is set to consolidate its strategic contributions to national development following the renewal of the appointment of its Director-General, Professor Ayo Omotayo, by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

Participants of the Senior Executive Course (SEC) 48 of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, have successfully concluded a two-day orientation tour across key institutions in Plateau State, as part of activities marking the commencement of the Course.

Today, the Senior Executive Course 47 (SEC 47) participants of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, formally presented their Presidential Parley Report to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, who was ably represented by the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senetor Kashim Shettima Mustapha at the State House, Abuja.

The First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, commissioned the Senator Oluremi Tinubu Gender Centre of Excellence at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru. The Centre, named in her honour, is dedicated to advancing gender equity, empowerment, and security through evidence-based research, capacity building, and strategic partnerships that mainstream gender perspectives into public policy and governance.
