·       Policy, Strategy and Leadership Course (PSLC)


PSLC is a 4-week course designed to take participants through intensive studies in policy formulation, strategy development, resource deployment and effective leadership. This highly interactive course runs quarterly and is made up of three modules - the Policy Module, the Strategy Module and the Leadership and Management Module.


Who Should Attend

*    Directors, Deputy Directors/Assistant Directors in Federal and State Public Services.

*    Military Personnel and Officers of the rank of Lt. Colonel and Major in Nigerian Army and their equivalents in the Navy, Airforce, Police and other Quasi-military/Security agencies.

*    National Assembly and Judicial Officers of appropriate ranks.

*    Senior Managers & other functional/strategic business unit managers of Private Sector Organizations, Public Corporations, Professional Bodies and NGOs.

 

·       Strategy  Course for Command Responsibility, Cyber Security and Intelligence Management (SCCR)

The Strategy Course for Command Responsibility, Cyber-Security and Intelligence Management (SCCR), is a two-week course designed to expose participants to key and fundamental aspects of command responsibility, cyber-security and intelligence management within the context of an effective national security architecture.

 

Who Should Attend: Eligible course participants from Middle to Senior Level cadre as Officers/ Personnel in the Military; Para-Military; Intelligence and Security Agencies:

Nigerian Army; Nigerian Airforce; Nigerian Navy; Nigeria Police; National Intelligence Agency; Department of State Services; Defence Intelligence Agency; National Security and Civil Defense Corps; Nigeria Customs Service; Nigeria Immigration Service; National Correctional  Service; Economic and Financial Crimes Commission; National Drug Law Enforcement Agency; Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC); Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit; Federal Road Safety Corps; Federal Fire Service etc.

 

·       Youth Leadership Development Course (YLDC)

This two-week Youth Leadership Development Course is designed for the Nigerian youths that make up 70% of the country’s population. The nation's prospective future is tied to the levels of skill, capacity, knowledge and leadership-competency that can be harnessed and developed in its young citizens. Therefore, the growth, development and progress of any society depends largely on effective leadership attributes possessed by those who run or manage critical levels and hierarchies of the public and private sector. The course is intended to inculcate leadership values and skills in youths for effective nation building.

Who Should Attend: Young Officers from Ministries, Departments and Agencies at Federal and State levels and equivalent in the private and voluntary sectors.
