Suleiman Muhammad Kabir, mni was born on the 18 of February 1967 to the family of Alhaji Suleiman U. Ogirima and Hajiya Rekiya Musa Ogido both of Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State. He attended Pake Local Schools Management Board (LSMB), Ilorin from 1972 – 1976 and thereafter proceeded to Okene Secondary School, Okene from 1976 to 1981 for his Secondary Education. He sat for the General Certificate of Education (GCE – O Level ) in 1983, and in 1984, he gained admission into the University of Ilorin for a degree programme in Public Administration. In 1989, he proceeded to Ondo State for the National Youth Service Corps Programme, during which he was deployed to Agborikin Comprehensive High School, Ikare-Akoko for his National Primary Assignment. To enhance his knowledge, he proceeded to Ladoke Akintola University Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho from 2012 -2014 for a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Course; and in 2017, he gained admission into the Nasarawa State University, Keffi for a Master of Philosophy/Doctorate Programme in Public Administration (MPhil/PhD) and in 2019, he was admitted into the prestigious National Institute as a member of SEC 41.
