The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), in collaboration with Peace Building Development Consult (PBDC), has announced the third edition of the Leadership Course in Data Mining and Geospatial Intelligence, scheduled to hold from 23–25 February 2026 in Abuja.
The three-day executive programme will take place at the Defence Space Administration, Airport Road, Abuja, with onsite and online participation options. Designed for senior decision-makers across government, security agencies, and strategic institutions, the course aims to strengthen leadership capacity in data-driven decision-making, geospatial analysis, and intelligence-informed policy formulation.
The programme will feature high-level facilitators and resource persons drawn from national security, public policy, defence, and research institutions, reflecting NIPSS’s commitment to advancing strategic leadership and national capacity development in emerging intelligence domains.
Participation fees are set at ₦300,000 for onsite and ₦150,000 for online attendance, with sessions commencing daily at 9:00 a.m. Further details on registration and participation are provided in the attached flier!
