NIPSS GRADUATES 44 PARTICIPANTS OF POLICY, STRATEGY AND LEADERSHIP COURSE

In his speech at the occasion, the Director-General of the Institute, Professor Ayo Omotayo, represented by the Director of Studies, Barrister Nima Salman-Mann, mni, congratulated the participants on the successful completion of the course.
He described the programme as part of the Institute’s commitment to developing competent leaders with the capacity for strategic thinking, effective policy formulation, and national development.
The Director-General urged the graduands to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the course in promoting good governance, institutional effectiveness, and responsible leadership in their respective organisations.
Among the participants were two members of staff of the Institute, Mr Isaiah Ojebisi and Mrs Sentina Abolarin, who have distinguished themselves over the years as committed and dedicated officers, demonstrating professionalism, diligence, and loyalty to the ideals of the Institute. *Also in attendance as course participants were several Permanent Secretaries, Directors, Senior Academics and University Administrators, Medical Doctors, and Heads of Strategic Business Units across the Public, Private and Voluntary sectors.*
The Policy, Strategy and Leadership Course is one of the executive training programmes of the Institute designed to strengthen leadership and policy capacity among senior officials in both the public, private *and voluntary* sectors.
The ceremony was attended by management staff, faculty members, and other invited guests.
