The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, hereby informs the general public that the underlisted companies have emerged as successful bidders for the 2025 Capital Projects, following the conclusion of the procurement process. This notice is issued strictly for information purposes and in compliance with extant procurement laws and regulations, particularly regarding the mandatory standstill period. Accordingly, a fourteen (14) days standstill period from the date of this publication shall apply, within which any aggrieved bidder may seek clarification or lodge a complaint, where necessary.
At the expiration of the standstill period and in the absence of any valid objection, the successful companies shall be invited to complete all necessary documentation and formalities with the Procurement Unit.
