
The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) has commenced registration of nominees for Senior Executive Course (SEC) 48 with the theme “The Orange Economy and Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Growth in Nigeria.”
Registration of nominees commenced today, Friday, 6 February 2026, marking the formal take-off of the course. Participants of SEC 48 are expected to undertake a 10-month multidisciplinary study on the theme in accordance with the mandate by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR to generate policy-relevant knowledge towards harnessing the potential of orange economy for national development.
The Orange Economy has emerged as a critical driver of inclusive growth, innovation, cultural expression, and job creation, particularly among youth and creative enterprises. The participants’ study will therefore provide essential inputs for policy formulation, institutional strengthening, and strategic interventions aimed at leveraging Nigeria’s creative and entrepreneurial potential for sustainable economic growth and national development.
